Refund policy

Returns

Since our furniture is made to order, we do not offer returns for:

          •        Change of mind

          •        Size/design/color preference change

 

Return is accepted only if:

          •        Product is damaged on arrival

          •        Wrong product received

 

Evidence (photo/video) is required within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Cancellations

Order can be canceled within 24 hours of booking.

After production begins, cancellation is not allowed and advance will be non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
