The shipping method is selected based on product size, quantity, and destination.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Ready Stock Items: 7–10 business days

  • Custom-Made Orders: 20–30 business days

  • Bulk / Project Orders: As per mutually agreed schedule

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product specifications, order volume, location, and external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Mode of transportation

All applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive:

6. Damage During Transit

We ensure secure and protective packaging for all shipments. However, in the rare event of transit damage, customers are requested to:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing photos and videos as proof

Based on assessment, we will assist with repair or replacement as applicable.
